Daniel E. Garces

President & Chief Operating Officer

Dan is President & Chief Operating Officer at the Company with over thirty-one years of experience in commercial lending and structuring creative financing alternatives through sale-leasebacks with automotive dealers. Prior to joining CARS in 2002, Dan was a commercial lender at LaSalle Bank in Chicago with a focus on providing credit to a wide array of financial institutions throughout the U.S. including: retail automobile finance, consumer finance, commercial finance, leasing, and mortgage banking companies. Prior to LaSalle, Dan was a lender in the National Dealer Services Group at Comerica Bank in Chicago. He managed a portfolio of dealer group relationships and provided floor plan financing, capital loans, mortgage debt, and other banking services to auto dealers throughout the Midwest. Dan is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago where he received a B.B.A. majoring in Finance with an Accounting concentration.

Chris M. Senkovich

Vice President of Acquisitions

Chris is a Vice President at the company focusing on acquisitions in the U.S. Chris has over seventeen years in the automotive industry in various capacities including retail sales management, indirect lending, and floorplan financing. Prior to joining cars, Chris was a Regional Director of Business Development for Chrysler Capital/Santander Bank focused on providing floorplan financing, capital loans, mortgage debt, and other banking services to Chrysler dealers and their affiliated franchises in the Western U.S. Chris is a graduate of Lee University in Cleveland, TN where he received a BS in Business Administration.

Alicia Thomas

Vice President of Acquisitions

Alicia is a Vice President of Acquisitions at CARS and has been in automotive dealership finance for nineteen years. During her tenure at CARS, she has held various roles including Portfolio Manager and Director of Credit. Prior to joining CARS, Alicia worked for Ford Credit as a Dealership Financial Statement Analyst, auditing dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada, and Credit Analyst serving the southeast region and Ford Credit’s Major Accounts. She has also had commercial real estate leasing roles at CBRE and Northrop Grumman Corporation. Alicia is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she received a B.B.A majoring in Accounting.

Rita Bragg

Vice President of Acquisitions

Rita is a Vice President of Acquisitions at CARS, and has extensive experience in the automotive industry in various capacities including relationship management, indirect lending, floorplan financing, marketing, and sales experience. Prior to joining CARS, Rita spent 34+ years at Ford Motor Credit Company in which she held a multitude of positions. In her prior position as Regional Manager she was responsible for directing and managing a sales, dealer credit and originations team and the retail, lease, wholesale and loan portfolio for dealers in the Mid-Atlantic. Rita is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University where she received her MBA in Finance and Towson State University where she received her B.S. degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Marketing.

Jake Wisnicki

Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions

Jake is an Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions at CARS, where he is involved with client relationships, new business development, and transaction management. Prior to joining the acquisitions team, Jake spent four years on the portfolio management team where he managed the day to day needs of the portfolio from a legal, financial, and relational perspective, and led deal teams to ensure that property acquisitions and dispositions were conducted appropriately. Jake is a graduate of the University of Virginia – McIntire School of Commerce where he received a B.S. in Commerce concentrating in Finance and Management.
